If your existing boiler is working fine and you just want to upgrade the thermostat on its own, it's a fixed £150, which covers the wiring, receiver pairing, mobile app setup and a full heating system test. Other London installers we've seen charge anywhere from £90 to £400 depending on the brand and whether it's a simple swap or a more involved multi-zone setup — our £150 covers a standard single-zone install for any of the four brands we fit.
